What did I work on?

Since January 2022 I worked for THG Ingenuity where I developed and maintained Cypress test suites for three Angular applications, including customer-facing and internal UIs as well as API tests with Cypress. Integrated permission-based tests into isolated, automated Concourse CI pipelines to validate access control and application stability. Complementary manual testing included reporting countless critical bugs and actively contributing to product design, development discussions, and resolving minor issues within the Angular codebase.

So who am I?

I live and work in Poland.

I had many jobs in the past however working in IT industry as a Test Automation Engineer is the best one yet and one I don't see myself changing. When my ex told me that I'm good with finding problems I didn't know how right she was. Figuring out issues, trying to foresee customers needs, potential bugs and edge cases is something I really enjoy doing. My deep background in arts and music taught me openness to people's ideas.

Currently I'm learning Playwright. I can see the advantages it has over Cypress and has become quite popular recently. I believe that knowing multiple frameworks is a good skill to have. In the future I would like to learn backend languages like Python as well. Backend testing seems like an interesting field to explore.

Every project is a learning experience to me and I am never bored.
